Nowadays, Fitness & Gym have been growing so much. You can find a lot of gyms and promotions to get fit in every corner of your neighbourhood. On the other hand at the same time you can find many unhealthy options as like fast foods, frozen meals, sodium and sugar in excess spreaded all along the cities, without any regulation or restrictions (about health), causing a kind of conflict about health and comodity.
In fact, exercise is one of the most important parts of keeping your body at a healthy weight. Exercise helps people lose weight and lower the risk of some diseases.
Even with tons of warnings worldwide, the number of people suffering of obesity is still growing exponentially, this is related not only to fitness but also bad eating habits or even body system malfunctions, in that case the patient might be in need of a professional.
